Løng Løst in a world of menswear
Casual jewelled colours, earthen tones, relaxed fits and a misfit undertone comprise the Løng Løst menswear collection.
The brand prides itself on its juxtaposition of surf meets street wear, tailored to the every man with a casual eye and stylish flair.
What is it? A welcoming-in of the Spring season for the relaxed, non chalant man in each of us. It brings premium quality clothes with relaxed cuts, fits and styles to the fore of menswear this season with the December break at the forefront of its mind.
As with everything Co-Op Surfection from the layout of the two stores to the labels they stock, they represents the customer drawn to the counter culture.
The Løng Løst fashion is central in mainstream men’s clothing to the idea that the key to fashion is about on trend, yet timeless pieces. While it is only a twelve-piece collection, each represents essential wardrobe pieces, good quality and unique pops of colour and design that add an edgy yet comfortable twist to the pieces.
Budding model Ilker Kale and one of my favourite photographers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, Meagan Harding recently took to the streets of Collingwood to capture the essence of what Løng Løst has to offer the urban dwelling man both conscious of his style and weary of his surrounds.
What we found was that Løng Løst’s versatility for the urban environment, coupled with that of the casual beach lover is completely interchangable and unique in that quality. The chinos, sleeves tees and footwear varietals suit the urban landscape in their subdued colours, comfortable fits and breezy hemwork.
Løng Løst is available at Co-Op Surfection, Melbourne and Sydney.
